Kamran Saleem, CEO of Solihull’s automotive sales and servicing centre MotorServ UK had been spending a fair amount on marketing but it was not getting him the exposure he wanted. As you can imagine, Kamran is a busy man with limited time to spend exploring the world of PR. Running a healthy business left him with little spare time to fathom which was the best PR strategy to adopt. He wanted the business to be known locally and nationally and tried various methods, including using local papers for press releases but he knew that he needed to find a more cohesive approach with measurable benefits.

These coverage assets fed into landing the client five award wins (‘Outstanding Customer Service of the Year’ and ‘Outstanding Business Resilience During COVID-19’ at the Asian Business Chamber of Commerce, ‘Business of the Year’ at British Muslim Awards, ‘Entrepreneur of the Year in Servicing Industries’ Award at Great British Entrepreneur Awards). The business as a result saw turnover rise from £4.3M, to £7.2 this year (projected £10.9M in 2023) with a raised national profile as a sizeable contributing factor.
